What I learned about Windows 10 Operating system is user interface. The start menu is the main control center interface. The task bar contains quick launch icons. Desktop contains icons and files. Windows Controls allows you to manipulate open windows on desktop.
Glad you learned about using Windows 10's user interface :-)

Its intreating using Windows operating system on a mac in simulations. Such as on a program like LabSim!!!
ReplyDeleteI learned more about the general design of the interface as well, especially being a Mac user now. I had forgotten some things.

ReplyDeleteAnytime I think of UI, I think of videogames lol

ReplyDeleteI loved this chapter cause I learned to set up my taskbar and add my favorite programs for an easy quick launch.
ReplyDeleteThis is a something I was able to learn being able to use Windows OS growing up. I never would have been able to explain it to someone like how it is stated in the chapter though.
ReplyDeleteIt's really interesting to learn about Windows OS because I normally work on a Mac so it's nice to learn about a different operating system.
ReplyDeleteI really like windows OS, but I know some people who use Linux too!
ReplyDeleteI already use a lot of these features on a daily basis but I did not understand the names and primary function of each feature so that was interesting to learn
